We were looking for an expert advisor on auto-enrolment. Set our auto-enrolment action plan. Prepared initial workforce budget, undertook market research and advised best options available. Agreed a communication strategy to our workforce including presentations. Set up pension plan including liaising with pension provider and payroll bureau to ensure the smooth running of our staging date, post staging date admin – registered with Pension Regulator, co-ordinated initial payment run etc. Auto-enrolment has been a far easier process than we imagined and 8 months on from our staging date, everything is running smoothly.
